Roles included leading and mentoring a team of art directors, designers, tech department, copywriters and

account team. Lead the development of a user-friendly fashion forward beauty environment for the consumer.

Responsible for the strategy, client relationship, concept development and creative direction of 6 Online

-You Tube- videos and the build of a website extension, as well as e-mail banners & email blasts.

Concept development for Phyto Hair Care new e-commerce website

*Directed team of 6 professionals to design GLOBAL brand kits for Avon, including sample layouts, models,

products, graphics, copy and marketing, creating brand image consistency. Directed all global catalogue creative design/graphic treatments for new brands including personal care, color, fragrance and skin care resulting

in $700,000 annual savings. Integral member of global team. Managed client relationships with

Diane Von Furstenberg & Josie Natori. Conducted annual performance reviews.

*Designed/formatted magazine/newspaper print advertising for SFA`s Live a Little brand campaign, and

implemented concepts for magazine inserts and vendor mailers resulting in $65,000 annual savings. Managed

Private Label Team - advertising & packaging. Delivered compelling presentations. Created and produced

designs for Bullock & Jones catalogue division, SFA`s private label packaging and various logo design projects.

*Managed staff of 4 at Lord & Taylor - directed concepts from layout to production for all graphic treatments for catalogues, magazines, point of purchase and newspaper advertisements. Worked on all Private Label ads &

packaging. Created a learning environment where staff was able to reach full potential.
