Designed and implemented a Web-based Management System for a
NetworkAttached Device:
Wrote the functional specifications document for the product.
Implemented a Web-based GUI and proposed it to the whole team
(Engineering, SQA and Marketing). This development
involved the creation of HTML pages, with Javascript scripts and the
required graphics.
Implemented the back-end functionality. The system was running on
Unix, while the client could interact with the system through
any Web browser. Used CGI technology and Java.
Developed the installation (setup) procedure for the PC (Windows
95/98/NT) configuration module.
Customer: CopperCom - Cupertino, CA
Designed and implemented a Windows NT SNMP proxy-agent for an ADSL NI
C card that communicates with the actual agent running on the embedded
system (ATMOS) on the card. Implemented the core
of the ADSL SNMP agent on the card and the communication mechanisms to
pass the SNMP requests and Traps between the
host PC and the card.
Wrote the functional specifications of a Java-based Network Management
application for all customer's products.

Developed a diagnostic tool, with pseudo-graphical interface for
thecontinuously-available NF9000 series of super-servers
manufactured by NetFRAME (now Micron). This tool allowed the field
support, production QA, and test engineers to diagnose
and monitor the status of all the vital functions of the machine, by
querying a network of I2C processors (called IntraPulse).
