Responsible for job assignments, monitoring production and data collection for 28 personnel.
Duties include performing maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs of light and heavy wheeled vehicles, developing, implementing and maintaining quality analysis and control plans, programs, and procedures using statistical quality control data, lean manufacturing concepts, and six-sigma tools and analyses for end item and component repair of military specific equipment. Track Vehicle Repairer, U.S. Army-Ft. Stewart, GA./Ft. Clayton, Panama (1993-1996)
Diagnosed and analyzed engine, powertrain, and chassis component malfunctions; tested, repaired, overhauled, adjusted, and replaced assemblies, subassemblies, and components such as diesel engines, clutches, transmissions, differentials, steering assemblies, transfer cases, and hydraulic cylinders and components by replacing valves, shafts, gears, bearings, rings, and seals. Served as Technical Inspector in a DS/GS Support Company; conducted acceptance, classification, initial in processing and final inspections of all tactical wheeled vehicles through the maintenance activity.
