Served as part of the Product Management team to gather, document and design software requirements for the largest ERP software package for the recreation sector in North America, facilitating millions of transactions annually. Also conducted gap analysis, site demos, contributed towards RFP processes, and worked closely with cross-functional teams, including Development, QA, Sales/Marketing, Product Managers and Project Managers.
