Working with the management team we successfully turned a company losing 7 Million a year to break even in less than 2 years and prepared it for saleSelected, instructed, tested and qualified a team of employees to found a new quality department I developed a new quality department and implemented SPCDropped COPQ from 30% sales to .1% salesI have developed suppliers at all companies:I moved the electrical portion of warranty from #3 out of the top 5 poor performersI dropped the suppliers off of the top 10 for missed shipments, poor quality and ate delivery. I developed processes to evaluate capability indices for key processes and data collection for using in continuous improvement projects I studied independently for development in lean program, lean practice and lean implementation, focusing on material velocity and minimizing material time order to delivery and external to the plant supplier development.
