Served as Family Housing and the First Sergeants Barracks Program (FSBP) NCOIC at a multi-mission training installation within the Installation Management Command (IMCOM). Coordinated with installation agencies such as Department of Public Works (DPW), USAG Commander, USAG CSM, USAG Staff and Mission Commanders to resolve Single Soldier Housing (SSH) and Family Housing issues and provide necessary customer support. Prepared for mass deployments or redeployments operations, for mobilization/demobilization of units returning for training, footprint planning and unit barracks alignment/realignment. Ensured all furnishing and equipment are accounted for with zero loses.
Battalion S4 NCOIC, U.S. Army, Fort Bragg, NC 6/2009-3/2011
Served as the Battalion Supply Sergeant for an Airborne Field Artillery Battalion with the mission of training Afghan National Security Forces during Operation Enduring Freedom X in RC-West Afghanistan. Supervised the accurate accountability of Battalion Organization and Theater Property and Equipment (TPE) valued at $28.3 million.
Managed company level supply sergeants and trained personnel on Property Book Unit Supply Enhanced (PBUSE) automated logistics system. Coordinated and supervised logistical resupply operations to 9 forward operating areas by host nation trucking, CDS drops, logistical patrols, and rotary wing aircraft. Oversaw the issue, re-issue, and receipt of all the Battalion's Left Behind Equipment (LBE) and organizational property and equipment, totaling over $20 million. Integrated Soldiers from several different units and Military Occupation Specialties (MOSs) in to a team, as the NCOIC of the Battalion Army Logistics Operation Center (ALOC), capable of producing timely and accurate logistical support to a 750 Soldier battalion.
Battalion S4 NCOIC, U.S. Army, Fort Bragg, NC 4/2006-5/2009
Oversaw the property accountability in excess of $50 million in four companies and five signal detachments. Established a comprehensive Battalion level Command and Supply Discipline Program (CSDP) resulting in two commendable ratings during the USASOC Inspector General (IG) inspection. Supervised and accounted for $300,000 dollars of GPC purchases monthly to ensure flawless compliance with Army purchasing regulations.
Provided logistical support and guidance to six Supply NCOs and their Commanders by developing logistics programs and providing logistics analysis. Re-wrote the battalion level Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) resulting in commendable ratings during latest IG inspection. Deployed 4 times in support of 4 Relief in Place (RIPs)/Tables of Authorization (TOAs) to ensure 100 accountability of over $25 million worth of deployed equipment. Managed the receipt and issue of more than $10 million in the fielding of Special Operation Forces (SOF) unique communications equipment, ensuring proper accounting and audit trails.
Property Management Division NCOIC, U.S. Army, Fort Bragg, NC 9/2004-3/2006
Provided asset visibility support through (PBUSE) for 12 property book teams with equipment valued in excess of $4.5 billion. Developed a budget worth $2.4 million to support 11 contract personnel, the Property Management Division, and Central Issue Facility (CIF). Tracked and distributed 2,484 lateral transfer and turn-in directives for 14,935 pieces of property valued at $165.2M. Instrumental in the completion of the USASOC annual equipment authorization review for 9 Special Operations Property Book Teams. Interfaced with the command and all logistical support activities to provide accurate data on authorizations, equipment cross-checking, and equipment on hand balances, and related asset visibility reports.
Property Book NCOIC, US Army, Fort Bragg, NC 8/2003-8/2004
Served as the OIC/NCOIC of the Property Book section supporting locations at Kandahar Airfield and several outlying firebases. Managed $23.6 million in organization and installation property. Established a Standard Property Book System-Redesigned (SPBSR) hand receipt for 8 A Camps during Operation Enduring Freedom (OEF). Maintained accountability of over 550 pieces of Army Special Operations Forces (SOF) unique equipment fielded in Afghanistan worth over $5.2 million. Led property book team during systems change over from (SPBSR) to (PBUSE) of 6,000 property book line items of over 50 hand receipts, with zero losses.
Property Book NCO, US Army, Fort Bragg, NC 8/2001-7/2003
Coached and mentored 11 NCO's to ensure proper logistical procedures were followed.
Conducted Equal Opportunity Representative (EOR) training for 90 soldiers ensuring they had a full understanding of Army policies and procedures, resulting in a commendable rating during I.G. inspection. Responsible for automated accounting procedures utilizing (SPBSR) for MACOM property records consisting of organizational and installation property with more than 78,545 line items. Accounted for and managed property valued in excess of $6.5 million for Infinite Justice and Enduring Freedom.
