Assistant Manager of a $2 million paper and graphics store for XPEDX, a division of International Paper.
* Responsible for driving sales; integrated $80k/month of Pick Quick Fairfield sales. Increased
sales revenue 10% on select accounts in 2011 adding $100k.
* Maintained store's inventory levels and accurateness. Restocked inventory daily and performed
cycle counts weekly to assure accuracy of store inventory; analyzed any variances.
* Performed all competitive bidding. Extensive product knowledge, awareness of marketplace
factors contributed to high closure rate.
* Reviewed/approved all customer orders for credit worthiness. Contacted customers when a
payment was required based on corporate credit policy.
* Extensive customer contact in person, via phone and email.
* Supervised three employees' daily activities.
* Participated in development of our annual store budget/operating plan.

In 2010, the store achieved recognition as Comeback Store of the Year, and the Summit Achievement

Manager of a $2.5 million paper sales and distribution location for Central Lewmar Paper.
* Drove the business growth of a highly successful paper store from its initial opening.
* Coordinated the efforts of the sales force, store personnel and delivery mechanisms to assure
successful customer fulfillment. Responsible for day-to-day store operations.
* Other responsibilities included inventory management and analysis of customer credit worthiness.
Store closed and merged into the Stamford operation in August 2009. Urged to accept a position in
Stamford by XPEDX management.

Owned and operated a very successful printing franchise. Responsible for daily operations including
purchasing, inventory maintenance, equipment acquisition, production, delivery and personnel.
