Managed the Unit's urinalysis program flawlessly; supervised the testing of over 150 Soldiers with zero deficiencies.
Coordinated 120 hours of ASAP training for over 150 Soldiers within the Company which lowered the Alcohol related incidents in the company by 50 percentage .
Qualified over 85 Soldiers while serving as a PMI instructor and range safety for five M16A2 qualification ranges resulted in a 90 percentage qualification rate for the unit.
Maintained 100 percentage accountability of $2,500,000 worth of personal, organizational and section equipment with zero incidents.
