Day and Night Cook for crew of approximately 80 - 90 offshore personnel on board.
Assisted with making sure schedules were kept, running galley crew, ordering groceries.
Making and preparing all pastries and desserts, including fresh bread daily.
Perform all duties as required by Camp Boss on DSV Kestrel, DSV Dancer, and DSV Triumph.
Steward/Camp Boss, Eurest Support Services, ESS 07/2004- 03/2006
Steward/Camp Boss when needed cooked for crew of approx. 100-150 personnel managed utility crew.
Assisted with making sure schedules were kept up with and performed as camp boss when
needed. Handled groceries intake orders and all duties as required on DLB 801 overseas in
Trinidad/Tobago.
Steward/Night Cook, Universal Sedexo Inc. 05/2003- 06/2004
Steward/Cook day and night shift for offshore platform with approx 80-90 personnel on board
including baking and making all desserts. Manager over utility crew of 7 this included scheduling
and assignments. Running galley, making groceries orders, keeping inventories and other duties
as required. On board Rowan Gorilla #2 semi float jackup drilling rig.
