Supervised eleven professional underwriters representing $125 million in premium and

12,000 policyholders through 500 independent insurance agencies. Developed and

implemented a loss sensitive program featuring retrospective and large deductible

underwriting strategies. Monitored unit workflow, underwriter productivity and trained

staff on NCCI topics, state workersaaa compensation underwriting rules, and Federal

Maritime and USL&H coverages.
