Residential Building Construction Project. Manhasset, New York 2007 to 2008

(Single family residential construction project valued at more than $1M)

Building Owner: Chose to leave Mitsubishi to manage construction project. Orchestrated bridge contract with general contractor to acquire building. Led all facets of major building construction. Managed vendors and coordinated materials orders. Initiated subcontractor work.

Vice President (2005-2007) - Scope of duties consisted of leading daily IT operations and supervising 9-10 direct reports and consistently working with business unit leaders to implement projects. Additionally, analyzed and improved technical processes to control operational cost while improving productivity.

Conducted system security and usability testing that included submitting weekly IT project status reports to the company president and senior managers as well as providing status to the Board of Directors as necessary.
