Senior Regional Director
s Managed Sales in 1997 from $500,000 to a high of $38 million in 2006 through the AZ Distribution Center. Attained this growth through development of relationships from the ground field staff to the Presidents of local builder divisions. Developed alongside the Builder market a complete Dealer business to compliment factory direct sales.
s Developed and implemented a complete operational process including job descriptions for each employee as the business escalated. Oversaw over 90 employees from mid level managers to field personnel in the AZ market.
s Directed DC Sales and Operations in Las Vegas, So Cal and Northern CA concurrently. Managed in these three locations over40 employees from sales through final installation of cabinetry.
s Managed and forecasted on a monthly basis complete P & L responsibilities for the western region.
s Created and attained National Account programs for large national builders such as DR Horton, KB Homes and Standard Pacific. Accomplished through cultivating and nurturing relationships on the local level. Extended these relationships upward and worked with their national level executives.

s Directed sales and operations for two retail building material facilities. These two facilities had the highest volume of Builder sales in the entire 230 store company.
s Produced sales increases from $23 million to $30 million in these two locations in three years. Built this sales increase through motivating employees who were empowered to make decisions and help grow the volume of each of their own departments.
s Implemented major retail remodel based on Boston Consulting Group in both of the stores.
