Dear Sir/Madam;
In response to your recent employment requirements, please accept this letter in application for a position currently available within your company.
At this present time I am living in Keswick, Ontario. My most recent employer was Canada Drugs where I worked remotely as a Customer Service Representative. My main responsibilities included but were not limited to: Managing new and existing affiliate accounts, large employer group accounts, and individual customer inquires. Being a remote employee has taught me the importance of self discipline, time management and communication.
Previously, my employer was Global Health Management (GHM), where I worked as a Customer Service/Problem Resolution Specialist focusing on customer retention. I was also the Affiliate Accounts Manager and lead the Sales and Marketing team. At GHM I have learned how to communicate with customers, and how to work in a team environment. In addition to dealing with customers, an important part of my job was to be very accurate in typing and precise when filling prescriptions, and then the data entry of the same. In this position I demonstrated flexibility, organization, initiative and strong interpersonal skills while working in a fast paced changing environment. My strongest skill is effectively communicating in very difficult situations. As a senior customer service representative, I was frequently asked to handle very irate patients, and I was almost always able to turn them into happy, appreciating patients.
My experience also included Total Care Pharmacy where I was a Training Coordinator for the Refill Department and Call Center. I was responsible for supervising and training the staff regarding the customer relations program. This position has taught me to be self directed and highly motivated as well, provided me with exceptional leadership and management skills.
I have worked the front lines dealing with people on the telephone and in person as part of the summer receptionist position I had with ParaMed Home Health Care. This position has shown me the importance of the customer, and the demeanor that is required when dealing with co-workers and the public. I have also learned how to work under pressure while keeping a positive attitude and the ability to cope with frequent interruptions
While I was attending school I worked for the Dawn Gallery Inc. doing some merchandising such as card displays in the gallery and in the IGA stores that carried their card lines. This position has provided me with a high degree of accuracy and the ability to pay attention to detail.
Some of my other skills include a happy disposition, positive attitude, and I’m able to work under little supervision. I also demonstrate time management skills, decision making, and organizational skills to effectively manage completing priorities within tight deadlines.
I would appreciate the opportunity to discuss my qualifications with you at a mutually convenient time. Thank you for your consideration.
Respectfully yours,
Becki Stabbler
