Major Recent Accomplishments
Originally recruited for business development role, after 2008 economic collapse I was asked to take on special projects at several business units and was then moved up to Senior Executive committee to assist in overall corporate re-structuring (privately held timeshare development company).
Reported directly to CEO in strategic capacity.
Active member of management team that moved corporate focus from P&L to cash flow performance. Consistently achieved cash flow and bonus targets
Implemented best practices as financial liaison for sales and marketing division for all business contract and new program development.
Coordinated due diligence teams on numerous potential resort and corporate acquisition opportunities.
Assumed management of all landlord relationships along with facilities administration.

Acquired, re-developed, managed and disposed of 158 residential units in three projects on the north-side of Chicago. Provided investors an IRR in excess of 25%. Acted as President and CFO of all entities.
Recruited by major shareholder as President and CEO to design and implement post-bankruptcy turn-around for timeshare, casino, and lodging company with operations in five Caribbean countries.
Restructured HOA operations to institute mandatory maintenance fees, implement reserves and correct long term deferred maintenance over three year period without incurring material increase in maintenance fee delinquencies
Negotiated significant labor cost reductions with Aruban casino worker union to return Alhambra casino to profitability. Resulting partial turn-around gained confidence of lender to facilitate a major renovation loan which completed casino re-positioning.
Lead company effort to put together an investing partnership to successfully acquire a failed waterfront timeshare development property from the Aruban government. Project resulted in significant increase in management and marketing income to company (Divi Aruba Phoenix Resort and Beach Club).
Achieved cash flow turnaround-from $3M negative annual cash flow to $3m positive annual cash flow over five year period.
