Responsibilities:Responsible for change management of packaging materials for assigned products. Was recently identified to be the lead PVL for the Americas region working with teams around the globe on a new PDM system concept, Configure To Order (CTO). The goal of this new way of working is to reduce the time of creating a new customer variant from 2 months to 2 weeks and also reduce the number of variants created and never sold.Played a role in the A-Pipes (key global initiative) project transferring production of identified products from our Reynosa Mexico factory to strategically identified factories in China and India – this activity included close coordination with all factories involved, ensuring customer requirement knowledge was transferred to accepting factories and also working with all levels of sourcing, packaging and marketing to transfer requirements.Work with assigned programs to ramp up new products in factories around the globe by creating, downloading to all planning systems, and maintaining Bill of Materials (BOM) and coordinating with multiple internal teams insuring correctness.

Responsibilities:Part of a global launch planning team working on new product launches in factories around the world.Coordinating all activities around assuring a timely ramp-up of assigned products (systems driving correct demand, material availability, monthly transition planning meetings with product programs, weekly status reports to all stakeholders, etc.). Along with launches, our team was also working with all involved teams on the ramp-down of products. Assuring as little excess and obsolete material as possible while still meeting the customer needs and factory capability.

Responsibilities:Helped develop and implement checkpoint reviews used by the launch team.Set up and run Demand Supply Network (DSN) ramp-up and checkpoint reviews at the appropriate times.Worked on the pilot programs to develop a new factory launch manager role in the Reynosa, MX factory which later became a role in all factories globally.Had launches in 3 factories globally and also coordinated with Korea and China factories for cross time zone shipments.Started looking at new products in the mid-term planning cycle (6-12 months prior to launch) to ensure the program ramp up plans are aligned with global and factory plans. Once the product enters short term (5 months out), driving the desired plan to the factories through related planning systems.
