STRATEGIC PLANNING & PRODUCT ROADMAP DEVELOPMENT

Prepared more than 10 years of Strategic Plans for Honeywell, Crane and DRS Technologies (all were 5 year plans covering multiple product lines) covering Electronics (Avionics, Displays and Precision Equipment), Mechanical Systems, and Power Systems (Electro-mechanical and Specialized Power Electronics)

o Year-over-year growth achieved at all companies until DoD budget cuts in 2012

o Budget cuts significantly altered DRS performance, still managed to launch 5 new vehicle programs with potential revenue of more than $1B projected in 2014 and out

Presented plans to C-level and VP-level Executives for approval and clearance to execute

Developed Product Roadmaps working closely with Engineering organization and the customer complex

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & SALES AND MARKETING MANAGEMENT

Managed multi-person, matrixed and complex sales organizations from 3 to 30 people (direct and indirect reports)

o Responsible for a $1.2M department budget and deefinign requirements for more than $3M R&D budget per annum

Established `Rep` networks to improve the number of faces to the customer

o Grew DRS pipeline from less than $200M (2010) to more than $1.2B of new long-term programs

o Positioned Crane displays and ruggedized computing with a pipeline in excess of $8.5M after inheriting just $450K

Responsible for the successful P&L performance for Honeywell`s aircraft business supporting The Boeing Company

o Grew business from $198M (2005) to $242M (2007) representing growth of more than 20%.

o Improved productivity by 25% reducing headcount from 30 to 19 while maintain schedule and delivery requirements
