I am responsible for managing programs and projects to gain the greatest advantage for the Company while generating the greatest Return on their Investment. This program was implemented globally to standardize air transportation and logistics functions throughout the Department of Defense.

I created and monitored the Process Control, Safety Office to preserve company resources while greatly improving the safety of over 300 employees and protecting millions of dollars of equipment. In six years, the reportable accident rate was reduced from 10 to 15 incidents a month, to four incidents a year while developing process controls and tooling that improved the accuracy of the aerospace components produced by the company. This increased accuracy had the additional benefits of lowering costs and lead times while increasing production rates by over forty percent. As a Project Manager, I developed and implemented a secure data network for tracking workflows and asset reporting, and justified and supervised the acquisition and installation of millions of dollars of new equipment.
