Successfully built up the contractor's image and found companies in Brazil
interested in representing/distributing for a Long Island parts
manufacturer.
Novelprint - S o Paulo - Brazil
I managed and revised a large inventory of marketing materials. I was also
responsible for overseeing the process of applying for and managing rights
to Brazilian and US patents held by the company and its principals.
Led the relocation and reorganization of all employees in administrative
offices of the main plant within a four day schedule. This work included:
changing all electrical, phone and LAN cabling; planning, quotation,
management, controlling and closing contracts. The relocation project was
completed successfully within the time required constraints.
I conducted a critical analysis of communication expenses that led to a 30%
reduction of telecommunications expenses for the company.
