Flexible and adaptive - the past seven years in management has shown me, and helped me to develop these critical skills.
Calm under pressure - holding leadership positions in healthcare, and correctional healthcare, has been a catalyst to this skill.
Organizational development knowledge - Took a poorly run facility with high staff turnover, numerous negative outcomes to patients, to achieving full staff, with 95 percentage retention rate, and won the NCCHC facility of the year - selected from 500 facilities in the U.S.
Critical thinker - being able to think a situation all the way through, taking time to not rush to decision, and being open to all information regarding the situation, for me are tools to critical thinking.
