Duties: > Provide customers with high quality customer service.

> Maintaining customers accounts.

> providing the best possible solution for customers who have issues with

keeping accounts up to date example giving extensions to accounts (handling

problems)

> implementing changes to existing accounts

> Clerical tasks such as answering telephone calls and making the appropriate

transfers.
