As the VP, Human Resources & Operations at Launch Pad LLC, helped build, launch, and manage -Brainetics- a +$15M consumer education product with 94% gross margins. Directed all HR functions and acquired and developed the talent necessary to launch and drive the business. Selected and managed the vendor team of 13 that created and launched this highly successful product.

As the VP, Human Resources - Corporate Officer at Orange Glo International (OGI - known for its brands Oxi Clean, Kaboom, and Orange Glo), responsible for all HR functions for this global company - building the team, culture, and infrastructure that turned profits around 176% and positioned the company to be sold for $325M (1.6x sales and an impressive 19.1x EBITDA).

At OGI, coached and counseled the Ownership Group and the Global Executive Team. While at OGI, company profits turned around from a $14M loss to +$20M profit.

Successfully developed and led multi-site HR functions for Qwest Cyber Solutions (500+ employees) and @Link Networks (800+ employees) - two venture capital backed technology start ups in highly competitive industries - building the organizations` overall capacity to meet business objectives. In addition, directed the HR function for the multi-site $2.3B Large Business division of Qwest Communications, Inc. with over 2,300 employees.

Helped build the IAMS Company (premium pet food manufacture with +25% annual growth) to a $1B market leader by leading the Compensation, Benefits, International, HRIS and various Manufacturing Plant and Field Sales HR functions. Company revenues grew 400% 1993 thru 1997 - eventually being sold to Proctor & Gamble for +$2.0B.

Led Human Resources for this category leader with 20%+ annual revenue growth from its brands - Oxi Clean, Orange Glo, and Kaboom. Developed HR functions in the US, UK and Japan with emphasis on talent attraction and management, organizational and infrastructure development to enable the company to enhance its exceptional growth. As an officer of the company and a member of the Executive Team, responsible for guiding the business and exceeding annual financial and operational goals and ensuring long term vitality and success against much larger competitors and growing the company value 650% in 4 years.
