Provided leadership and oversight for multiple project teams on wide-ranging projects that affected the entire institution. Managed projects with budgets ranging from $120K to $10M through all project phases. Prepared annual budgets, developed and implemented policies, negotiated contracts, determined project scope, and generated required reports for federal and private funding sources to ensure compliance with the fundersi expectations.

- Managed varied projects with $120K-$10M budgets, such as

- NIH Funded Renovation Project: Led $10M renovation of 24,000 square feet of laboratory, laboratory support, and office spaces through planning, initiation and execution phases, meeting a goal of institutionis strategic plan.

- Institution-wide, Multi-level Campus Master Plan: Served as internal and external point of contact, resulting in a 10-year plan for campus growth.

- America Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA): Oversaw completion and submission of 5 ARRA proposals, resulting in a $10M award.

- Addressed departmental priorities in the face of impending change by leading strategic planning activities such as completing a SWOT analysis with stakeholders and completing a market study with other institutions to align the services the department offered.
