Hi, I am semi-retired, have lived in the Englewood Area for over 30 years, and have excellent references. My husband is a former professional, who lost his job due to the economy. We are scraping by on his SS check, but I would love to have a little money for "extras". I am great with kids, have four grown children, & ten grand-kids. I also have quite a bit of experience with the elderly, especially those in the early stage of dementia. I have an insured car which is a gas guzzler, it only gets 14 miles to a gallon. I will come to your house within five miles of Englewood, & sit with your loved ones for $10 per hour (up to 3 kids, or 2 adults). If you prefer, you can bring them to my house. Outside the 5 mile limit, I would have to charge $12 per hour to make up for the cost of gas. I can take your loved ones to Doctor, Orthodontist, or Hair appointments, shopping, the library, out to eat, to Bingo, or even to the casino if they will pay for the gas. I can also prepare a light meal while I am sitting with them, & do light chores (dishes & laundry). I don't wish to work for an agency, as I would like the option to say "no" to a job if necessary. I would like the jobs to be no less than three hours. I am also available overnight if need be.
