Using focused differentiation strategy, created promotional campaign for medium-sized European toy manufacturer that resulted in $9 million USD in seasonal sales, growing sales by 28%. Over the succeeding year, developed demographic data to reposition products to penetrate higher segments on the product frontier, resulting in an additional $2.75 million USD.

Performed competitive intelligence analyses for small ball-bearing manufacturer. Increased domestic sales by nearly 300% or to $3.5 million USD annually. By developing Hypercompetition analysis, developed branding campaign that increased brand trial by nearly 250% of forecasts.
