PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Services area toolset attending a community of 80,000 inside

company practitioners around the globe. Incident manager

coordinating a team made of 10 specialists in the supported

tools. Responsible for incident queue, escalation, closure,

and customer satisfaction.

Service Delivery Manager at IBM. As a senior project manager

specialized in services was responsible for the team

coordination, management, career, escalations and the

delivery of 34 developers remotely working in Brazil for an

34 members.
