manage multiple projects for the development and maintenance of Sapphire,
Labvantage s Enterprise Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS)
product. Manage the development pipeline to ensure that projects are defined,
resourced, and executed efficiently leveraging our offshore Development
Organization in India. Oversee development teams, including architects and team
leads, on all phases of application development, right from developing the FRS to
analysis, design, code review, integration testing, and ongoing support. Work with
the leadership team to develop long-term technology and systems strategy,
product roadmap and development priorities.

Manage 6 previous release lines along with the next upcoming release.
Played a key role in setting up our offshore Center of Excellence, thereby
doubling the number of development projects that we could handle.
Enhanced software development processes by implementing Agile (SCRUM)
features, thereby cutting down development time and time to market by 20%
