I was also a part of the Sales Advisory Council for VistaCare, to help identify problems and develop solutions, for the Sales and Marketing teams thru out the company.

I successfully helped to grow the Indianapolis office from a census of 65 patients to 223 patients, with an average of 100 inquiries per month handled and a conversion ratio of between 80% to 85% of those referrals to admissions.
