Greetings!

I have been working in the publishing industry for over 7 years, largely in Boston and New York City, as an Executive Editor, Publisher, Designer, Copy Editor, and Proofreader. Some of the authors I have had the immense privilege of working with include Dr. Vanada Shiva, Noam Chomsky, Eli Clare, and Dean Spade. In addition to my experience in editing, I have also worked in Marketing/Promotions, Distribution/Fulfillment, Contracts, Permissions, Rights (Domestic and Foreign), and Finance. I am excellent with computers, as I began my career in Information Technology, both on the client/user services end (including technical writing and presentations) and fixing software and hardware problems. I also have three years of teaching experience (literature and creative writing in a correctional facility), and have published over 40 articles, mostly on behavioral health.

Now that I've moved to Dayton, I am seeking work. Do you need something edited, proofed, written (academic or technical/instructional), or designed? If so, consider getting in touch!
