Upon taking over this finance department the average contracts in transit sat at an average of over 20 days. The goal of receiving this position was to set up and implement E-Contracting and clean up the Heat Sheet and implement processes with all of the finance managers to set the contracts in transit to an average maximum of 5 days and keep it there.
Upon reaching this goal, which took fewer then 10 days, I was then required to re-map all of the processes that were set up in the department so that all of the finance managers work with consistent goals and procedures.
Sales of financing, leasing, service contracts, maintenance contracts, gap insurance, theft protection, and surface protection to clientele as part of the vehicle sales process
Established and maintained good working relationships with multiple finance sources, credit unions, and factory representatives from the captive lending institution.
Completed all required paperwork in an accurate and timely manner and made sure all required disclosures are made to customers as outlined in the California State Ethics Statement.
Submitted applications to, rehashed with, and obtained approvals from finance sources on all finance and lease deals.
