Highlights & ACHIEVEMENTS

Deeply involved with the initiation and managing of two large projects requiring separate teams to accomplish, in which all milestones were met and the successful conversion occurred with no impact to Medicare members, resulting in a $300 million dollar clean business acquisition.

Acquired 5 year contract resulted in $60M due to previous client relationship specifically who requested my participation in developing the proposal for the contract, addressing software and infrastructural requirements. As account executive, worked with the CDS and vendor teams as we achieved all milestones and deliverables

Redesigned and streamlined process and developed software that would dramatically reduce the mail cost by $1M per year with a key document and it proved to be a critical item to reducing costs and remaining competitive.

Grew relationship opportunities for a new market for a reliable claims processing/payment system we had developed, resulting in a new 5 year, $5 million dollar contract with a new customer. In addition, led the operational support of this contract and continued to develop the new relationships very effectively, with excellent customer ratings each year since the implementation.

A team was mobilized using standard waterfall methodology (no additional resource provided), to build system to accommodate database creation and population, as well as interfaces to move data into EHR product within 90 day period; with a critical timeline, to begin pilot with State Medicaid customer. This essentially resulted in the creation of a new company which evolved into a very profitable venture for each company, worth $10 to $30 million per year in revenue
