Treasury:

Co-led a cross-functional team between information technology and finance to structure SAP

Tax: Implemented Advanced Pricing Agreement (APA): Coordinated and negotiated APA with
the IRS and NTA, with outside consultants, to eliminate $1 mill annual transfer price from
exposure from intercompany royalty payments and inventory purchases. Conducted a state tax
review and was able to identify $234k state credits in Illinois and California, engaged a
research and development study with an outside consulting firm to claim an additional
$441k on after tax credit, in 2001 and again in 2008. Researched and executed $1 million M-
1 pre tax adjustment on acceleration of SAP implementation depreciation deduction.
Conducted several no change or favorable tax audits for State Income Tax and Sales and
