Provided information, data analysis, worksheets and recommendations on key business issues. Executive summaries and reports were used by group executives and managers to make strategy and business-level decisions.
Conducted research on online radio streaming and digital political advertising; used qualitative and quantitative commercial information providers, in-house data and evaluations to provide market and competitor analysis. Made strategic and operational recommendations and helped shape business strategy through research and trend reports.
Consolidated in-house web radio streaming data to capture properties current states; created an executive dashboard that provided a clear, one-page view of market and station current and past performance.
Generated a revenue-prediction model worksheet for a local property; adjusted for year-over-year page view, revenue and CPM trends to predict site revenue changes based on selected variables. Model was for use by property sales leaders.
