Local Manager PPM 24 x 7 Center September 2010 - Present Manage a team of 22 clerks that monitor all the electronic and air equipment for the entire state of New Jersey. Night duty supervisor for all emergencies and escalations for the entire state. Designated Contact for all HI CAP escalations relating to DS1 / DS3 service outages for both construction and cable maintenance. Designated Contact for all matters involving FiOS migrations for the state of New Jersey. Developed and implemented various methods and procedures with engineering that increased productivity by 22% for the fiber migration module.
