Promoted to the Credit & Claims department, worked there for 1 year. Promoted to the Customer Service Department, worked there for 9 years, becoming an Assistant Manager in the last 3 years. Took several offered classes and seminars regarding customer service and team management. Received 2 customer service excellence awards.

Worked as a Temporary for several companies; including an answering service, a shipping company, and ending with and then hired by Thermal Industries. Received an employee excellence award.

Worked in the customer service department while cross training for the order department. Did orders, cash sheets, banking deposits, reports, collections and marketing. Contacting customers for collections as well as setting service appointments, also did all ordering & checking in service parts. Again took several classes and seminars on customer service and management related topics. Promoted to the Customer Service Manager afters 8 years of service. Filled in while training other branches new Manager and their Customer Service Rep. Managed the Branch itself during the Mangers absences. Received a customer service award. Laid off in November 2012 when the branch closed, due to lack of work.
