Recruited to direct human resources and public relations departments for USAID`s Infrastructure Needs Program (INP 2) in the West Bank, a total budget of $750 million.

-Managing staffing plans with subcontractors, ensuring compliance of human resources policies and public relations activities in accordance with the company`s and USAID`s regulations.

Led performance management for USAID`s Infrastructure Needs Program (INP 1) in the West Bank, a total budget of $358 million

-Served as Acting Chief of Party, ensuring the whole program was running smoothly without obstructions or delays.
