Extensive background in the maintenance of biomedical (pacemakers, defibrillators) and semi-conductor manufacturing equipment. Supervisor of a group of technicians responsible for over 200 pieces of equipment. Managed and supervised a custodian crew that maintained 9 buildings on campus.

Worked in the facilities group designing, developing, and maintaining production clean room areas. Work with vendors to arrange and coordinate projects involving equipment and facilities. Intimately involved in coordinating and transferring equipment and processes to other sites in and outside the United States.

Layout and installation of equipment. I work and coordinate directly with contractors for facilities and construction related to equipment moves and installations. I work and coordinate directly with rigging companies in coordinating large or delicate equipment moves and installations.

Member of an emergency response team. This team deals with facility and campus emergencies such as fire, chemical spill, etc. I have received recognition for teamwork efforts.

Worked with upper management in developing employee enhancement programs. This involved identifying items to train new and veteran employees. Selected areas of importance as related to employers goals. Developed programs that set certification levels for employee growth in skills and personal areas. Taught classes and developed materials for the programs.
