o Held 3 titles in a two-year period - Coordinator, Rx Fulfillment and Outbound Logistics; Supervisor, DC Production; Supervisor in Charge, Rx Fulfillment Center.

o Experience in supervising groups ranging from 6 to 20 people

o Supervisor of pharmaceutical order fulfillment for 76 retail pharmacies, cross-trained to supervise any area within the DC.

o Drafted RFP for dedicated fleet services, and conducted pre-bid meeting. Awarded bid resulted in 6 figure annual savings on transportation costs.

o Put a process in place to reduce the amount of totes being sent through our courier service by 12%. Achieved through a new type of cold chain packaging and tote consolidation process.

o Worked on a cross functional team to construct a new Rx fulfillment center capable of housing controlled substances. Responsibilities included:

* Designing floor plan and layout of room on Auto-CAD.

* Planning workflows.

* Drafting policies and procedures for presentation to DEA.

* Working with IT department on requirements of information systems and wrist mounted RF devices used for controlled substance receipts, and order fulfillment. .
