SELECTED ACCOMPLISHMENTS

Increased revenues. Upon joining PFP, sales were stagnant at off-sites in DFW area. Assessed company remote setups and sales opportunities, changing procedures and communications flow. Met personally with individuals and groups outlining value propositions. Increased sales 100% in 30 days.

Doubled sales. Upon purchase of JHE, company was lagging behind and production was not competitive in made to order environment. Reorganized packing / shipping area. Created same day shipping and a first-on-the-shelves program. Doubled sales to $2.1M in six months.

Overcame crisis. Production facility for JHE burned to the ground, and was affecting critical time in sales cycle. Purchased new building, retrofitted to needs and replaced 3000 inventory items and equipment. Revamped packaging from bulk to retail and hired reps to sell products. Initiated production to 125% within 90 days of fire.

Streamlined product offering. JHEs product offering had grown with low-performing products in the mix. Eliminated 30% of slow sellers, revitalizing top two selling products and repackaged them to attract a broader client base. Entered new retail stores and doubled sales with the top two products.

Increased production and improved morale. Employees were spending excess work-time discussing personal problems, reducing production efficiencies and lowering morale. Purchased stack of tiaras and directed employees to put it on if they had drama and/or werent feeling well. Recaptured two hours per day and improved morale.
