Erik Pearson General Manager Bally Total Fitness 12255 Hornsby Lane Newport News, VA 23602 June 21, 2012 To whom it may concern: I am pleased to write this letter of recommendation for ChaVonne Whisonant. ChaVonne worked for me in the Sales Department at Bally Total Fitness for the last six months. She began here as Reception and was quickly promoted to Fitness Coach (Sales manager). During ChaVonne's service with us I spent considerable time with her. Very much a team player, ChaVonne was always punctual, yet easygoing. She was keenly devoted to her work, but being a real people person, she was also enjoyable to be around. ChaVonne demonstrated from early in her tenure that she understood what business is all about. She was well organized and thrived under adversity. Almost without exception, she put the customer first, feeling as I do that the key to good business is satisfied customers. I suppose doing well in business is easy if you are, as she was, efficient by nature. I would like to be very clear about why ChaVonne is no longer with us. ChaVonne is available only because of our company's recent sellout. I myself have been with Bally for 11years. We did not want to lose her, but just as my own position, it was unavoidable. In closing, let me say I have no hesitation in recommending ChaVonne Whisonant for any position pertaining to customer service. I feel confident she would be an asset to your organization. Sincerely, Erik Pearson General Manager
