Maida is a private, US-based electronic components manufacturer of ceramic varistors, capacitors, and other components. MES is its subsidiary in China with a factory and office in Shanghai and an office in Shenzhen.

Managed all functions, reporting directly and solely to US-based Owner and President. Responsible for finance, purchasing, sales, human resources, logistics, administration, and government relations. Served concurrently as Sales and Marketing manager for all of Asia, traveling frequently throughout Asia to meet with customers.

* Planned and directed the transfer of manufacturing operations from the US to Shanghai

* Grew company from 20 employees to over 150 employees, with China manufacturing representing over 90% of company total, and Asia sales representing over 60% of company total

* Developed direct sales force in Asia, as sales had previously been managed by inefficient sales reps

* Established direct sales office in Shenzhen to serve South China, Hong Kong, and Southeast Asia
