I have worked in Graphic Design, Marketing, Public Relations, Event Management, Advertising, Video Production and more. I am always looking to learn new things and I never shy away from any challenge.

I attended Weber State University from 1996-2001. I majored in Communications/Public Relations and minored in Graphic Design and Sales.

WORK EXPERIENCE

Red Rock Marketing Group - Las Vegas, Nevada. Sept. 2007 - Present

Position: Marketing/Art Director

Duties: Design, management and fulfillment of over 200 projects per year including direct mail, direct email, re-branding, email marketing, packaging material, website design, video production, marketing materials, etc.

I also manage up to 3 freelance designers depending on workload.

Intermountain Healthcare - St. George, Utah. Sept. 2006 - Sept. 2007

Position: Public Relations/Event Coordinator

Duties: Event Coordinator for all hospital events including health fairs, grand openings, seminars, blood drives, expositions, etc. I handled print and radio advertising for all events. I provided Public Relations and Advertising for several departments within the hospital. This included graphic design and video production. I also served as the hospital representative for the St. George Chamber of Commerce.

Get Away Today Vacations - South Ogden, Utah. Nov. 2000 - Sept. 2006

Position: Art Director

Duties: Design, management and fulfillment of over 100 projects per year including the design and printing of over 32 million travel brochures per year, over 1 million direct mail pieces per year, marketing materials,

billboards, newspaper ads, coupon books, email marketing, newsletters, packaging material, post cards, vacation documents, etc. I also managed 2 employees within the department.

EXPERIENCE

12+ years graphic design experience on a Macintosh platform. Advanced proficiency in Adobe CS6 (InDesign, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Illustrator, Fireworks, Acrobat, etc.), HTML, CSS, PHP, Javascript, jquery, Final Cut Express, Microsoft Office programs and more.

Extremely detail oriented. Able to juggle multiple projects. Able to meet deadlines.

Over 100 business trips including press checks, exhibiting and workshops.

Competent with Macintosh & Windows. Able to upgrade and modify computer hardware and software.

Workshops attended: 10x Website Design Workshop, Adobe Advanced Graphic Design Workshop, Adobe Photoshop Advanced Training Workshop, Pantone Print Color training.
