Respiratory Therapist-A Lifecare Solutions 11/2011-Apresent

Review of all patient sleep studies to ensure adequate prescribed pressure settings.

Instruction and set up of home CPAP, BiPAP, ventilators & apnea monitors.

Routine home ventilator checks, oxygen therapy set up and follow up.

Ensure patients and/or caregivers can effectively operate and maintain equipment.

Provide and evaluate the effectiveness of respiratory care, coordinate respiratory services, and perform

Respond to emergency calls on an on-Acall basis.

Consult with referring physician regarding patient treatment, medical condition and home environment.

performed tracheostomy care, arterial blood gas punctures, and routine ventilator checks.
