Looking for a good company to work for, usually i never leave and have worked one time for 10 yrs also having over 20 yrs exp, i also work for myself when possible. I am originally from the salt lake area. I specialize in floor care and window washing. When i say a good company i mean someone that cares about their workers and is honest with dealings with employees. Not say you pay doe then pay the same as no doe. I need at least 10 per hour full time 40 :+ hour a week. I have clean almost every possible business including car service bays, cnc machine shops, from dollar to grocery stores, to hospitals, and high rise windows 100 ft and up. Live in boise for three yrs but been cleaning here for 10 plus yrs. I am a honest any very experienced worker, but know also how to listen and perform the job the bosses way, and am a team player,

I do have a boss mentality, and am very posesive of my work and assinged job meaning that others should respect my work as to care for it properly, meaning dont drag garbage bags on my floor and never mop my newly cleaned area with dirty mop,floor and carpet, use common sence and if you dont have that i can give them some off mine. I am always about professionalism and despise unkemp and dirty. Meaning i dont swear or yell at others and i respect others wishes resonably. Thank you
