CMHUS duties:
As a Corrections Mental Health Unit Supervisor I am responsible for amenability screenings for potential program participants. In addition, I conduct intakes, and assess each participants treatment needs, develop initial treatment plans and assign them to their therapist.
Conduct group and individual sessions for offenders in the treatment program as needed
Provide clinical oversight for 7 clinicians on my treatment team, as well as one supervisor.
Ensure that clinicians are following evidence based practices in the treatment of program participants
