Quality control, blueprint design, drafting.

Framing and finish work, stairs, joists, trims, windows/doors shelving and cabinetry.

Tile work includes; underlayment, cutting, setting, grouting and sealing.

Drywall hanging and texturizing, concrete, drop ceilings.

Post and beam and timber framing.

Mathematical and analytical skills, scheduling, math and analytical skills,

material and labor take-offs, bidding and job cost interpretations.

Kovell Residence, Yuba City, CA. remodel for disabled veteran Certified VA demo and remodel of bathrooms and kitchen, including door widens, ramps, plumbing and electrical, special equipment installation, interior and exterior painting, garage shelving, door rewidening, ramps all finish work

La Petite Maison, 5000 sf custom residence, Reno, Nevada for Mark Smallhouse. On site project manager including lead/ finish carpenter. Ground-up to finish construction including framing, installation of cabinets, detailed trim and finish carpentry, schedules and project management.
