OBJECTIVE A Service Management Technical position.
PROFESSIONAL HIGHLIGHTS
Regional Technical Specialist: Pitney Bowes, Western Division
As the top performing Senior Systems CSR in the Phoenix Greater Metro. area I was promoted to Regional Technical Specialist for the Southwestern Division in June of 2007. As RTS I have many of the same duties I had as a Senior Sytems CSR, but my duties have been expanded to encompass support and coordination of CSRas in New Mexico, Utah and Colorado as well as Arizona. I work mainly with the field CSRas to provide escalation support as well as helping them to maintain efficient trunk inventories and to provide preventative maintenance training and support as well as PM evaluations and audits.
Senior Systems Customer Service Representative: Pitney Bowes
As the top performing Systems CSR in the Phoenix Greater Metro. area I was promoted to Senior Systems CSR in October of 1997 . As the Senior Technician for the Phoenix area, I setup and oversee all the On-site and Field Territories for the Pitney Bowes Production Mail Department in the Phoenix area. All corrective maintenance is escalated to me after 2 hours, at that time I either implement a solution or coordinate with Tech Support to determine
a solution. I also monitor and evaluate all Preventative Maintenance.
Site Coordinator Chase Bank: Pitney Bowes
In April 1994 I was promoted to Site Coordinator For Pitney Bowes Production Mail

the Chase Site and supervised the two other service technicians assigned to that site.
I installed, setup and administrated the Novell 4.12 Network that controlled the five
