Service Support Leader/Dispatcher

Supervise, direct and dispatch a staff of up to 120 company drivers and owner/operators while emphasizing safety, customer service and DOT compliance.

Supervise and maintain daily schedules and dispatch of all drivers.

Answer all inbound telephone calls.

Act as the central point of contact for the customer and the drivers.
