Course Description: Adobe Photoshop and other photographic
techniques. In addition to technical instruction, students will gain
experience in making aesthetic decisions from a series of critiques and
readings.

Integrated Freehand Drawing
Course Description: Various approaches to drawing will be offered to
enhance visual awareness and confidence. Students will learn to draw
various forms and objects in space while exploring positive and negative
space, perspectival space, edges and contours, chiaroscuro.
Electronic Portfolio
Course Description: Using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign,
students create visually effective portfolios of their strongest work for
professional development. Group exercises and critiques expand the
practice of making aesthetically pleasing, communicative documents.
The class culminates with the completion of a hardbound, commercially
printed portfolio.

duties included: Scheduling museum visits, the review of students
individual project proposals as well as providing weekly email updates
containing descriptions of assignments and project suggestions.

To assist the students hands- on in the color darkroom by providing input
when selecting contact sheets and color -correcting prints. In addition to
this I participated in critiques of bi-weekly assignments and met with
