Suzanne Heinemann is a Certified Public Accountant with over 15 years of litigation
consulting
experience on engagements involving accounting, financial, and economic analysis. Ms.
Heinemann is an
expert in financial statement analysis, accounting investigations, damage estimation for
lost sales, and
damage quantification for intellectual property disputes. She provides assistance to
attorneys in all phases
of pretrial and trial practice, prepares economic and financial models, and provides
expert testimony in
litigation.
Within the intellectual property sector, Ms. Heinemann has broad experience managing
complicated
patent, trademark, trade secret and copyright infringement matters, including analyses of
product
attributes, competition, market shares, and analysis of trends in revenues and profits
relevant to
determining damages. Ms. Heinemann s work includes identifying factors relevant to
apportionment of
profits among the intellectual property and other contributing elements.
Ms. Heinemann also has substantive experience in the automotive industry. She has
performed fraud
investigations of dealership financial statements, provided analysis of dealership
financial trends relative
to benchmark groups, and provided expert testimony with respect to dealership disputes
across the
country.
Prior to joining Analysis Group, Ms. Heinemann was a Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers
LLP, where
she provided litigation support. She also has hands-on experience within the finance and
accounting
departments of HealthNet, Inc., where she worked as a Senior Financial Analyst, providing
budgeting and
reporting services.
