October, 1997 to Dec., 1998. Cottonwood-Oak Creek School District, Cottonwood, AZ. Self-employed contract therapist in school district. Lead in team for augmentative communication services for students.

May, 1983 to September 1985. Indian River Hand Rehabilitation, Vero Beach, FL. Staff therapist. Provided regular care and evaluation to hand therapy patients, developed numerous instructional aids, developed and implemented work adjustment service for clinic to prepare patient to return to work. Latter involved job task analysis, physical capacity evaluation and work hardening program.

November, 1979 to April, 1983. Greenleaf Hospital, Bryan, TX. Head, Activities Therapy. Developed and implemented Activities Therapy program for a new private psychiatric hospital, serving three units - general adult, adolescent, and chemical dependence. Supervised departmental staff, coordinated A.T. with other therapies, provided direct patient care, developed policies and procedures for A.T. (including manual), designed remodeling of areas for use by A.T., provided inservices.

April, 1978 to October, 1979. Self-employed, provided occupational therapy to rural public schools on contract basis.
